These terms govern use of Marion County Released Inmates. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site. The pages are offered as a private reference for finding public release-record resources, not as an official record system or government service.

Marion County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not affiliated with any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or similar regulated decisions. The site helps visitors locate inmate, release, jail, court, and supervision resources for Marion County and Alabama.

What This Site Is

This is a private reference site. It stores no official jail roster, court docket, ADOC file, parole file, BOP record, or ICE record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a court document, change a sentence, or correct an agency record.

The site points to public and third-party resources that may help visitors find Marion County release records, state offender search tools, court records, VNS/VINELink, federal locators, and immigration custody information. Alabama public-record access, including Alabama Code Section 36-12-40, is administered by the office that holds the record, not by this site.

Acceptable Use

No Consumer Reports

By using the site, you agree not to use information found here or through linked tools for FCRA-covered purposes.

The site links to sheriff, jail, corrections, court, parole, legal, federal, immigration, and search-service websites. Those sites are not endorsed or controlled by Marion County Released Inmates. Their data, uptime, fees, privacy practices, and terms are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. No warranty is made that any page, link, search result, office detail, or partner result will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

  • Agency phone numbers, hours, fees, and addresses may change.
  • Rosters and release lists can lag or go offline.
  • Partner search tools may return incomplete or outdated results.
  • Public records may be sealed, restricted, corrected, or unavailable online.

Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Marion County Sheriff's Office, ADOC, ABPP, a court, BOP, ICE, or any other agency.

Indemnification

Intellectual Property

Alabama Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes must be filed in courts located in Alabama unless applicable law requires another venue.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. The invalid part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
