Hamilton Community Based Facility and Hamilton Aged and Infirmed Center are ADOC facilities in Marion County. A photo tied to a person released from one of those facilities is a state-custody record, not a Marion County jail mugshot. Use ADOC records, VNS, ABPP, and the sentencing court for that path. Do not use a county booking-photo request to describe a state-prison release.
The ALEA Sex Offender Registry is a separate post-release photo and status channel for a narrow group.
